Who I am, and why I keep building small things.

I spent eleven years on call for other people’s software. Most nights the pager was wrong — a blip in one region, a check that timed out once. I started building the tools I wished I’d had, and I haven’t stopped.

Why I build

Small teams deserve software that respects their attention. Everything I make has one rule: if it isn’t worth waking up for, it waits until morning.
