Articles of passage

  1. Article I: Lifetime is for as long as we sail

    Lifetime keeps the plan you bought, with its allowances, for the life of the service. If we change things for new customers later, what you bought stays as it was.

  2. Article II: Unlimited where it's cheap, metered where it costs

    Products, updates and history are unlimited. Email and AI cost us money with every use, so they come as monthly allowances, with prepaid credits when you need more.

  3. Article III: Domains aren't included

    Bring a domain you own; registering and renewing it stays with your registrar.

  4. Article IV: If something changes outside our control

    If a connected service stops offering access, we'll tell you plainly — and you can always export everything.

  5. Article V: Fourteen days to change your mind

    Email support@shippedwith.love within 14 days of buying Lifetime or of your first Pro payment and you get every cent back — no questions. Your site goes back to private; everything you made stays yours to export.

  6. Article VI: Pro, month by month

    Pro renews monthly or yearly until you cancel — any time, from your account. You keep Pro to the end of what you paid for. If a payment fails, you have 14 days to fix it before your site goes private; nothing is deleted.

Entry 01 What happens when the 100 founding seats are gone?

Lifetime becomes $149, still paid once. Everyone who boarded at $99 keeps exactly what they bought.

Entry 02 Do I have to pay to try it?

No. Build your page and preview it privately for free. You only pay when you want to publish.

Entry 03 Lifetime or Pro — which should I pick?

Both carry every feature and unlimited products. Lifetime suits you if you want your website and a launch email now and then, paid once. Pro suits you if you email a bigger list often — and it gets 50 AI drafts a month when they arrive.

Entry 04 Do unused allowances roll over?

No. Allowances refill on the 1st of each month (UTC), and what you didn't use doesn't carry over. Email credits you buy are different: they never expire.

Entry 05 What about taxes?

Prices don't include taxes. Where they apply, they're added at checkout, before you pay.
